  3. Know that sometimes you lose momentum, and your systems should support you.
  4. Pick what works for you. Set it up and continue to refine it.
  5. Don’t believe people who say they don’t need a calendar to remember appointments. If they don’t, they aren’t that busy!
  6. You don’t need to buy fancy time-management software. Use what came with your computer.
  7. Schedule everything in your Calendar or Tasks. I mean everything.

When it comes to adopting new strategies for time management, it can take a while to get used to new methods and see the benefits. The key is to keep working on it. Don’t let small setbacks discourage the whole effort. Also remember, you don’t have to do it alone!
